Driven Dietetics

Feeling confused about the right foods to eat to boost athletic performance, feel your best or achieve optimal health? Tired of trying to discern dietary fact from fiction?  It's easy to get confused by the plethora of supposed superfoods on the market and the dietary trends touted in magazines these days. As a dietitian and health promotion practitioner, I can help impart you with the knowledge you need to understand and manage your diet successfully to achieve your goals. Through small dietary changes, you can not only survive, but thrive!

All about me

I'm a dietitian and health promotion practitioner with a zest for life and a drive to improve people's health.   


I'm passionate about chronic disease and obesity prevention, paediatric nutrition, support with vegan and vegetarian diets, the Mediterranean diet, sports nutrition and eating for general health.

I have a strong history of stakeholder engagement, capacity building, training delivery and program management.


I have worked with cafes, events vendors, restaurants, sports clubs, early years settings and even local councils to help them improve nutritious offerings, so that everyone has access to health.  Recipe and menu modification is a passion of mine. It's all about balance!

I have experience in sports dietetics also, having worked with footballers to improve their dietary habits and achieve excellence in their sport.  I completed the ISAK level 1 Anthropometry training and have used this skill to help athletes achieve optimal body composition.  In this role, I delivered one-on-one consultations as well as group presentations.  I worked in a multidisciplinary team of coaches, exercise physiologists and physiotherapists to help the team achieve excellent outcomes. 


In my spare time, I volunteer as a youth mentor and as a member of a leadership committee for environmental conservation.  I enjoy exercise, rock climbing, cooking, scuba diving and yoga.  Given my own active lifestyle, I apply principles of sports nutrition to my diet to help me achieve good outcomes for sport and injury prevention.

I believe life is for living, so get out into nature and get active. Just make sure you fuel up first!
